Hello! I’m a passionate, Neurodivergent, Autism Specialist Mentor with nearly a decade of professional experience with Acacia. As an Autistic woman, I deeply understand the strengths & also the challenges that come with Neurodiversity.

I’m committed to creating an inclusive & supportive environment where individuals can thrive, both personally and professionally. I gained invaluable experience working directly with Neurodivergent children & young people who are unable to attend school or college; developing & delivering specialist, community-based workshops funded by the National Lottery, providing a creative & supportive space for individuals to express themselves through interest led activities.

My work involves Specialist Autism Mentoring, which includes supporting
Autistic girls & young women through their transition from school to college, at home, in the community, offering mentorship & guidance to help them navigate current life changes. In addition, I mentor neurodivergent individuals who are currently out of education, providing tailored support to encourage engagement with learning and personal development. Furthermore, I have contributed to the professional growth of educators by delivering training to specialist schools, sharing my expertise in autism and inclusive practices to
ensure better support for students with complex needs.
